Application:
Collagen and elastin are the basic proteins that build connective tissue and are responsible for the youthful appearance of the skin. After the age of 25, the production of collagen and elastin in the body drastically decreases. It can be used as an ingredient in a variety of cosmetic formulations with anti-wrinkle, firming, and revitalizing properties.
Below are the simplest formulations:
- after dilution with water (cooled after boiling) or one of our hydrosols to a concentration of 20%, in the form of a mist on the skin, preferably just before applying cream, oil, balm, etc.
- as an addition to cream and body balm bases (maintaining a concentration of 10-20% and mixing at a temperature of up to 34°C),
- in the form of an emulsion after combining with cosmetic oil such as poppy or sweet almond oil, add it to the base in the water phase (after oils).
Effects description:
Collagen provides the skin with moisture and freshness, while elastin gives it resilience and elasticity. This mixture shows strong rejuvenating properties:
Storage instructions:
After opening, store in the refrigerator, and before use, bring it to room temperature (at low temperatures, gelling may occur; the liquid form will return at room temperature).
