Application

A natural component of all tissues in the human body. In the skin, it makes up to 50 % of its volume and is essential for the skin’s ability to retain water, contributing to firmness and elasticity. With age, the concentration of hyaluronic acid in the skin decreases, leading to sagging and the formation of wrinkles.

Unlike other hyaluronic acids in our range (e.g., blends of high- and low-molecular-weight acids), ultra-low molecular weight hyaluronic acid is not in gel form but as a clear aqueous solution. It is often used in commercial creams and lotions, usually in small amounts and without indication of molecular weight.

Our solution contains 7 % sodium hyaluronate, exclusively ultra-low molecular weight with a particle size < 5,000 Da. The substance is biocompatible, produced under aseptic conditions, and the packaging is completely inert to the acid.

Usage

• Can be added to commercial creams, lotions, masks, and peels.
• In combination with collagen or cosmetic oils, it creates a highly effective serum.
• Ideal for hair care products: e.g., incorporate up to 25 % of the solution into a hair conditioner base.
• Apply directly to cleansed, dry skin.
• Even better results are achieved when applied after a toner or hydrosol. Applying to slightly damp skin facilitates spreading and absorption.
