Application

Obtained through steam distillation of leaves and small branches. Tea Tree, specifically its leaves, has been used for centuries to treat various ailments. Over 90 compounds with strong therapeutic, antibacterial, and antifungal properties have been extracted in the oil.

Recommended for cosmetic formulations (face and hand creams, body balms, masks, shampoos, and hair conditioners). An ideal addition to skincare products.

Add it to the cream base first, in the oily phase - before water-soluble substances. Recommended concentration in cosmetic formulations is 0.5-3%.

Effects description

Regulates sebaceous gland activity, tightens skin pores, stimulates natural regenerative processes, and cleanses the skin. Inhibits the proliferation of fungi and other microorganisms.

Added to shampoo or hair conditioner, it has anti-dandruff effects, used in the treatment of itching (also after insect bites), fungal infections, eczema, and acne lesions (add to cream or massage directly into the skin, or use it in a body or foot bath).

Finally, it's worth mentioning that the oil has analgesic properties.
