Prickly Pear Hydrosol, more precisely the organic distillate, is obtained through steam distillation of the fruit and flowers of the prickly pear.
It is a colorless liquid with a delicate, characteristic scent.
The hydrosol is an excellent addition or base for preparing sprays, micellar liquids, and toners.
It can be used as an ingredient in creams, serums, hypoallergenic perfumes, and intimate hygiene liquids. In all formulas, it provides its antiseptic, soothing, and regenerative properties.
Compresses soaked with hydrosol (after dilution with water) provide relief for swollen, tired eyes and help with the effects of excessive sunbathing and mild burns.
Prickly pear hydrosol also works great as a base for mixing peels and masks.
Recommended concentration: 30-100% (which means it is completely safe for the skin even without dilution).
