Lavender essential oil is a natural, 100% pure product standardized as 40/42 lavender oil, obtained by blending various lavender oils through steam distillation. It is characterized by a delicate yet intense aroma, which is why it is widely used in cosmetic products, mainly to enhance their fragrance (a true lavender scent!).
It is an ideal addition to creams, lotions, shampoos, and other skin care products. In addition to its wonderful fragrance, it brings many skin care and therapeutic benefits.
Lavender essential oil is well tolerated by the skin of young children, making it a base for many baby care products, such as creams or ointments to prevent diaper rashes.
Its scent repels insects, particularly moths. It is also a base for many perfume blends and floral waters and is successfully used to make creams, soaps, lotions, and deodorants.
Aromatherapy: Apply 5 drops of oil to 1 liter of water in a humidifier, diffuser, or oil burner. Spray the oil as a mist on your pillow before sleeping to help you fall asleep, relax, and unwind.
Massage: Mix two drops of lavender oil with a tablespoon of massage oil. This will improve skin condition and assist the body in fighting cellulite.
Bath: Add 10 drops of oil to a filled bath.
Lavender essential oil is highly effective in supporting the body in dealing with skin issues of infectious or allergic origin.
