7.1 Subscription to Our Email Newsletter
If you subscribe to our email newsletter, we will regularly send you information about our offers. The only information required for sending the newsletter is your email address. Providing additional data is voluntary and addressed to you personally. For sending the newsletter, we use the so-called double opt-in procedure. This means that we will send you the email newsletter only if you explicitly confirm to us that you consent to receiving the newsletter. We will then send you a confirmation email asking you to confirm your desire to receive future newsletters by clicking on the appropriate link.
By activating the confirming link, you consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. During the newsletter registration, we store your IP address provided by the Internet Service Provider (ISP) as well as the date and time of registration to trace any potential misuse of your email address later. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time by using the link provided in the newsletter or by sending a message to the responsible person listed at the beginning. After unsubscribing, your email address will be immediately removed from our newsletter distribution list unless you have expressly consented to further use of your data, or we reserve the right to use your data beyond this scope, which is permitted by law, and about which we will inform you in this declaration.

Based on our legitimate interest in personalized direct advertising, we reserve the right to use your name, address, and – if you have provided us with additional information as part of a contractual relationship – your title, academic degree, year of birth, and professional, industry, or company name in accordance with Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, and use them to send interesting offers and information about our products by mail.
You can object to the storage and use of your data for this purpose at any time by sending a corresponding message to the responsible person.

8) Processing of Data for Order Fulfillment

8.1 Transfer of Personal Data for Order Fulfillment

The personal data collected by us will be transferred to the transport company commissioned with the delivery as part of order fulfillment to the extent necessary for the delivery of the goods. In the context of payment processing, we transmit your payment data to the commissioned credit institution, if necessary, for payment processing. If we use the services of payment service providers, we will provide clear information about this below. The legal basis for data transfer is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.

8.2 Transfer of Personal Data to Shipping Service Providers

DPD
If the goods are delivered by the DPD transport company (DPD Deutschland GmbH, Wailandtstraße 1, 63741 Aschaffenburg), before delivery, we will provide you with the email address and telephone number in accordance with Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. This is to arrange a delivery date or announce the delivery to DPD if you have given clear consent to this during the order placement process. Otherwise, we will only provide DPD with the recipient's name and delivery address for delivery in accordance with Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. The data will only be transferred to the extent necessary for the delivery of the goods. In this case, it is not possible to coordinate the delivery date with DPD in advance or notify about the delivery. Consent can be revoked at any time with effect for the future by the person responsible above or by the DPD shipping service providers.

8.3 Use of Payment Service Providers (Payment Service Providers)

PayPal
In case of payment via PayPal, credit card via PayPal, direct debit via PayPal, or - if offered - "purchase on account" or "installment payment" via PayPal, we transmit your payment data to PayPal (Europe) S.a.r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg (hereinafter referred to as "PayPal") as part of payment processing. The transfer is carried out in accordance with Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR and only to the extent necessary for payment processing.
PayPal reserves the right to conduct a credit check for payment methods: credit card via PayPal, direct debit via PayPal, or - if offered - "purchase on account" or "installment payment" via PayPal. For this purpose, your payment-related data may be transferred to credit agencies in accordance with Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR based on PayPal's legitimate interest in determining your ability to pay. PayPal uses the result of the credit check in relation to the statistical probability of non-payment to make a decision about whether to provide the respective payment method. The credit report may contain probability values (so-called score values). If score values are included in the results of the credit report, they are based on a scientifically recognized mathematical-statistical procedure. The calculation of the score values includes, among other things, address data. Further information on data protection, including information on the credit agencies used, can be found in PayPal's data protection declaration: PayPal Privacy Statement.
You can object to the processing of your data at any time by sending a message to PayPal. However, PayPal may still be entitled to process your personal data if this is necessary for the processing of payments resulting from the contract.

Use of Google AdWords Conversion Tracking

This website utilizes the online advertising program "Google AdWords" and, as part of Google AdWords, the conversion tracking feature provided by Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA ("Google"). We use Google AdWords to draw attention to our attractive offers through advertising materials (Google AdWords) on external websites. We can determine the effectiveness of individual advertising activities in relation to campaign data. Our interest is to display ads that are relevant to you, make our website more interesting for you, and achieve a fair calculation of advertising costs.

A conversion tracking cookie is set when a user clicks on a Google AdWords ad. Cookies are small text files stored on your computer system. These cookies usually expire after 30 days and are not used for personal identification. If the user visits specific pages on this website and the cookie has not expired, Google and we can recognize that the user clicked on the ad and was redirected to this page. Each Google AdWords customer receives a different cookie. Therefore, cookies cannot be tracked through the websites of AdWords customers. The information collected using the conversion cookie is used to generate conversion statistics for AdWords customers who have opted for conversion tracking. Customers learn the total number of users who clicked on their ad and were redirected to a page with a conversion tracking tag. However, you will not receive any information that personally identifies users. If you do not want to participate in tracking, you can block the use by disabling the Google AdWords conversion tracking cookie in your web browser settings. You will then not be included in the conversion tracking statistics. We use Google AdWords based on our legitimate interest in targeted advertising pursuant to Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

11) Rights of the Data Subject

11.1 General Information
According to the applicable data protection laws, you have comprehensive rights as a data subject (right to information and right to intervention) in relation to the person responsible for processing your personal data, as detailed below:

Right to Information according to Art. 15 GDPR: You have the right to information about your processed personal data, the purposes of processing, the categories of personal data processed, recipients or categories of recipients to whom your data has been or will be disclosed, the planned storage period, or criteria for determining the storage period, the existence of the right to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection to processing, the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, the origin of your data if not collected from you, the existence of automated decision-making, including profiling, and, in relevant cases, meaningful information about the logic, scope, and intended effects of such processing on you, as well as your right to information.

Right to Rectification according to Art. 16 GDPR: You have the right to the immediate correction of inaccurate data concerning you and/or the completion of incomplete data stored by us.

Right to Erasure according to Art. 17 GDPR: You have the right to demand the deletion of your personal data if the requirements of Art. 17(1) GDPR are met. This right does not apply, in particular, if processing is necessary to exercise the right to freedom of expression and information, to fulfill a legal obligation, for reasons of public interest, or to assert, exercise, or defend legal claims.

Right to Restriction of Processing according to Art. 18 GDPR: You have the right to demand the restriction of the processing of your personal data if the accuracy of your data, which you dispute, is verified, if you do not agree to the deletion of your data due to unlawful processing, and instead request the restriction of processing of your data if you need your data to assert, exercise, or defend legal claims, after the purpose has been achieved, or if you have objected for reasons related to your particular situation, as long as it is not yet clear whether our legitimate reasons prevail.

Right to Information according to Art. 19 GDPR: If you have exercised your right to rectification, deletion, or restriction of processing against the data controller, the data controller is obliged to inform all recipients to whom your personal data has been disclosed of this rectification, deletion, or restriction of processing, unless this proves impossible or involves a disproportionate effort. You have the right to be informed about these recipients.

Right to Data Portability according to Art. 20 GDPR: You have the right to receive the personal data you have provided to us in a structured, common, and machine-readable format or to request the transfer to another responsible party, as far as this is technically feasible.

Right to Withdraw Consent according to Art. 7(3) GDPR: You have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of data at any time with future effect. In the case of withdrawal, we will immediately delete the data unless further processing can be based on a legal basis for processing without consent. The withdrawal of consent does not affect the legality of processing carried out on the basis of consent before withdrawal.

Right to Lodge a Complaint according to Art. 77 GDPR: If you believe that the processing of personal data concerning you violates the GDPR, you have the right to complain to a supervisory authority, in particular, in the member state of your habitual residence, your place of work, or the place of the alleged infringement.

11.2 Right to Object
If we process your personal data within the balance of interests based on our predominant legitimate interest, you have the right to object at any time to this processing with effect for the future for reasons arising from your particular situation.

If you make use of the right to object, we will stop processing the data concerned. However, further processing is reserved if we can demonstrate compelling legitimate reasons for the processing that outweigh your interests, fundamental rights, and freedoms, or if the processing serves to assert, exercise, or defend legal claims.

If your personal data is processed by us for direct marketing purposes, you have the right to object at any time to processing concerning your personal data for such marketing. You can exercise your right to object as described above. If you make use of the right to object, we will stop processing the data concerned for direct marketing purposes.

The storage period for personal data is determined based on the respective statutory retention period (e.g., retention periods for commercial and tax data). After the expiration of the period, the relevant data will be routinely deleted, unless they are no longer necessary for the fulfillment or initiation of a contract, and/or we have a legitimate interest in further storage.
