Application

Kopryza is an innovative, active cosmetic raw material in the form of a bioferment obtained from a rare variety of black rice originating from southern India. The intense, dark color of the grains indicates a very high content of anthocyanins – powerful antioxidants.
The raw material is produced through fermentation with bacteria of the genus Bacillus, which break down rice starch into more bioavailable active compounds with smaller molecular structures. As a result, the active substances penetrate the skin and hair structure more effectively, providing intensive care benefits.

The raw material is intended for formulating cosmetics for hair, scalp, face, and body care. Add to the water phase or to ready-made cosmetic bases.
Recommended concentration in the finished product: approx. 2.0%.

This ingredient is highly effective in hair care formulations due to its unique active components:
• Inositol: a carbohydrate known as the “vitamin of hair fertility.” It has a repairing effect, penetrates deep into the hair fiber, and remains within the hair structure even after rinsing, forming a protective barrier against damage.
• Amino acids and vitamins: the fermentation process increases their bioavailability, enabling effective nourishment of hair follicles and supporting healthy hair growth.
