Application
Nutmeg essential oil is a high-quality, natural essential oil obtained from nutmeg through steam distillation.

Nutmeg is mainly used as a spice, but due to its exceptional properties, it has also found wide application in aromatherapy, massage, and cosmetics.
Nutmeg essential oil dissolves excellently in any carrier oil and is an excellent addition to creams, masks, cosmetic butters, and body balms.
It is also suitable as an additive to shampoos and hair conditioners.

How to use
• Aromatization: Add 5-10 drops of the oil to a bowl of water in an aromatherapy burner.
• Massage: Mix 15-30 drops with 50 ml of carrier oil.
• Bath: Add 5-10 drops of the oil to the bath water.
• Inhalation: Add a few drops of the oil to hot water, cover your head with a towel, and inhale the rising steam.

Drops/ml: 1 ml of oil equals about 26 drops.

Action
It effectively prevents tissue degeneration and acts as a strong antioxidant.
It has very beneficial effects on the skin, rejuvenating it, stimulating circulation, smoothing, brightening, and soothing skin infections.
The oil added to shampoo or conditioner improves the condition of the scalp and hair.

In aromatherapy, it acts antiseptically, anti-inflammatory, and helps alleviate coughing.
When used in massage, it will relax the muscles, relieve abdominal pain (including menstrual pain), prevent neuralgia, and reduce pain in rheumatic conditions.
Nutmeg essential oil is also very helpful for active people in cases of fatigue, muscle cramps, degeneration, or injuries.

Storage
Store in a dark, cool place out of reach of children. After use, immediately seal the bottle tightly.

Warnings
Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding, or in cases of sensitivity to nutmeg.
In large quantities, nutmeg oil can have psychoactive effects.
To avoid adverse allergic reactions, it is recommended to perform a patch test before use (dissolve 1 drop of the oil in a tablespoon of vegetable oil and apply to the skin).
