Application

BRIGHT OLÉOACTIF is an innovative, 100% natural oil-based complex, developed by the renowned French company Hallstar OLEOS® using patented ecological extraction technology.
The ingredient has proven skin-brightening effects and reduces pigmentation. It not only lightens existing pigment spots but also helps prevent new ones.
Its effect is supported by strong antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties, which protect the skin from factors that trigger pigmentation (e.g., UV radiation, inflammation).

Ideal as a key active ingredient in:
• Oil serums and creams with brightening and depigmenting effects
• Protective day creams and anti-pollution cosmetics
• Anti-aging treatments aimed at evening out skin tone

Recommended concentration: 0.5 – 5%

Formulation Guidelines:
• Fully soluble in oils
• Should be added to the oil phase of the formulation or at the end of the process to a finished anhydrous product
• Stable in the finished cosmetic at pH 4.0 – 8.0

Simple serum formula: Mix 5 ml of BRIGHT OLÉOACTIF® with 95 ml of a light carrier oil (e.g., squalane, sweet almond oil, or poppy seed oil)

Main Active Ingredients:
• Licorice Root (Glycyrrhiza Glabra): Main active ingredient, source of glabridin – one of the strongest natural tyrosinase inhibitors, effectively reducing melanin production and visibly brightening existing pigmentation
• Marshmallow Root (Althaea Officinalis): Soothing, moisturizing, and anti-inflammatory, essential in brightening treatments to prevent irritation
• Rice Bran (Oryza Sativa): Rich in ferulic and phytic acids, enhances the antioxidant and brightening effect of the complex
• Rapeseed Oil (Brassica Campestris): Nutrient-rich base, high in omega fatty acids, transports active ingredients deep into the skin
