This is unusual. Many raw materials have a NOI of 1 (i.e. they are fully derived from natural sources), but have an NI of 0 because they have been chemically processed. In this case, both values are 1, meaning that the raw material is classified as natural<\/strong> and not only as being of natural origin<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Application<\/strong><\/h3>\n

The oil-soluble bamboo extract is a modern, plant-based active ingredient with a high content of natural silica as well as bioactive antioxidants. It strengthens the structure of skin, hair, and nails, transforming ordinary formulations into a luxurious and at the same time sustainable regenerating treatment.
\nThe greatest advantage of the oil-based formulation is that it can be used in cosmetic products where water-soluble extracts cannot be incorporated. Most plant extracts are water-soluble and therefore cannot be easily introduced into facial oils, balms, or dry hair oils. Our extract is directly incorporated into the oil phase.<\/p>\n

The oil-soluble bamboo extract is suitable as a highly active ingredient for:<\/strong>

\n20 ml are sufficient for approx. 200 ml of a formulation at a concentration of 10 % or approx. 400 ml at 5 %.<\/p>\n

Use in formulations:<\/strong>
\nThe extract is added to the oil phase of a formulation or to finished cosmetic products (oils, serums, balms, or hair care products).
\nTo preserve the full activity of the ingredients, the extract should preferably be incorporated at temperatures below 40 \u00b0C.<\/p>\n

\n\u2022 As a strengthening additive to hair oil or hair serum (for the entire hair length as well as the ends)
\n\u2022 As a component of a luxurious body oil with firming and smoothing properties

In skin and hair care formulations, the extract provides a smooth, silky skin feel as well as a well-groomed appearance and shine to the hair.
\nThe flavonoids and tannins contained in bamboo provide the formulation with antioxidant properties. This effect is supported by vitamin E naturally present in sunflower oil.
\nThe sunflower oil base is lightweight and is ideal for formulations that absorb quickly and leave no sticky film.<\/p>\n
